RETURNS & REFUNDS

Artwork or Collectibles damaged in transit must be returned. Please take a photo of it and send this to [email protected] with a brief description of the issue
Once we have assessed the claim from the initial notification the goods must be returned in the condition they were received. Packaging and protective wrapping, backing boards, etc. should be as on receipt allowing for the damage in transit. All additional items to the ordered goods such as COA's and any free gifts should also be returned.

If additional packaging is required to return the Artwork or Collectible we will reimburse this with the cost of posting

Once the Artwork has been inspected we will be in touch as to either a Refund or a Replacement. This will be at our descretion given that we may not have stock of the Edition for instance
